As you are reading this, I would like for you to start thinking of someone that has made a difference in your life. Be it a close friend, spouse, co-worker, or a teacher. Today, let them know how much you appreciate them for being a part of your life.
Send them a gift with a note on it, or write them a letter in the mail. Sending a letter in the mail, when it is not a holiday, will be a real surprise! Take your spouse, significant other, or friend out to lunch and let them know how much you appreciate him/her.
By showing your appreciation to someone, you can’t help but feel gratitude in your heart for having such a wonderful person in your life. You realize you have much to be grateful for and this helps you to keep focused on the good things in your life. By doing this, you will attract more of the good things in your life.
Please do this today, and don’t let another day go by without this special person not know how much you really appreciate them.
With A Grateful Heart,
Anthony Treas

I really want have a good relationship with others
I want to have a good health.
I want to have my own vision and dream.
I want to have strong Christian life.
I want have financial and time freedom. However I could not achieve these. So please help me to get the way to these.
I’m grateful for all the love that comes my way each and every day. I may not always be in a state of mind or emotion to feel that love, but I’m learning to get past the obstacles–like old hurts, limiting beliefs, past failures–to find that center of empowering love, and to allow it to inform and transform my life.
Here are my goals for this year:
1) Make exercise and healthy eating a habit, and have a lean, energized, healthy body to show for it.
2) Improve my skills as a money maker and a money manager, and grow my income by 10 percent this year.
3) Grow my faith in my creative writing abilities by writing a publishable book.
The steps I’ve taken to achieving my goals:
1) A lean, healthy, energized body.
Joined a gym and made a commitment to workout 5 times a week. I’m three weeks into making that a habit.
Cut the nightly cocktails to the weekend.
Cut back on my daily consumption of diet soda from 2 per day to 1/2 per day.
2) Money maker and money manager. Grow my income by 10%.
Created a budget and a monthly payment plan so I know when each bill has to be paid . (My goal here is no more bounced checks and no more running out of money before the next paycheck.)
I’m selling things I no longer need, and using that money to pay off debts.
I’m looking for a way to add a steady stream of income each month.
3) Write a publisable book.
OK. This is the area that needs the most work. I’ve had some past “failures” and my faith in myself in this area is a little shaken. Now that I have my other top two areas up and running, I plan to start focusing in on this area.
So that’s me and that’s where I am. I’ve “failed” at each one of these goals in the past. And I’ve given up on them too. But something happend to me recently that made me decide to give myself another chance, and this time to really commit to making it happen.
What was that something? I think it was a change of mind, or maybe I just got better information.
Like a lot of people, I grew up feeling unloved and unwanted. Only recently has it dawned on me that that feeling is just not the truth. I belong–as all of us belong–to a great shining web of infinite, eternal love. Our place in that web is our very own. No one can take it from us. And no one can diminish it. We are all bright and shining and precious jewels in that web.
It’s only when we come to this earth plane that we forget the truth. Getting back to that truth is all about finding yourself. And when you find yourself and allow yourself to feel that love, that is always there, things start to happen. You start to believe in yourself and your ability to live a life that resonates with greatness.
I take a minute each day to remind myself of this truth. I visualize myself as a shining and precious jewel in an infinite web that sparkles with an infinite number of other precious and shining jewels. Then I take a small step each day and follow through on the commitments I made, and keep moving towards my goals.
I think this time I will get there.
I feel such gratitude for all the incredible prosperity that has flowed into me in the past 6 months – moving from state to state, buying the first house – perfect; all the helping hands to move in and paint and remodel, etc. and now the increasing connections as I network to bring programming and private sessions to this area.
Goals for 2007:
1. Fiancial: increase my monthly income by $100 each month – feels doable!
2. Career: Create a new brochure and a new monthly newsletter of events by the end of March. on target with these
3. Career: Produce and begin to promote 2 new CD sets by end of March such that 500 are sold by the end of 2007. both mastered and art work completed, ready to print tray liners.
4. Career: Finish the editing of a book by end of February and have it published and on the market by end of 2007 AND selling very well. Set aside third week in February to finish editing.
5. Career: Increasing private sessions progressively to 12 per month by end of 2007. 3 in January

You asked me write about what i would like to change or create in life, and i’ve given it some thought. More than anything my life goals are about how to improve communications with people in my life, i am always seeking ways to bring more openness and to engender feelings of inspiration, looking at thiings more like oppurtunities instead of obstacles. Not just for for myself but for those people in life with whom i am communicating. There are many other goals as well, but irealize that our outlook on life is the most important tool to accomplish any goal.
Gratitude has tremendous power. I am basking every day in this feeling. For about 5 years now, I am writing a gratefulness journal. Every day I write down 10 things, I am grateful for, which I have, do or be. Then, in addition, I write 10 things I am grateful for, which are yet to come. It’s amazing how this works. It makes me feel good while I’m doing it and it makes me feel good and certain that what I want is already now/here. The manifestations are granted. I am tremendously grateful to be alive, to learn, to surf contrast, to deliberately choose my thoughts, to create my own reality…it’s infinite. I am grateful for you Anthony to uplift and inspire me.Blessings
