I know that change occurs with taking the first step toward change . The first step is to acknowledge just what needs to be addressed in one’s life. Then the transformation begins, at that very instant a personal growth experience occurs and alters a life.
The process of change begins with self but radiates outwardly to include others along the great path of life. Morover, as Thomas Merton suggests,” NO man is an island.” I find that to be a generalized statement which applies to women as well.
With the aforementioned statement in mind I want to share a recently encountered a personal situation where I found comfort in sharing my difficult situation with numerous others who truly care to assist in resolving the issue. I have discovered I am not alone in my quest for resolving life issues. Though I have known this all along I discovered a treasure of blessings in such a challenging life situation.
Detaching ones emotional self is quite difficult especially when it involves a loved one, but it is possible to achieve with clarity of mind. I often look at a situation and ask, “Am I doing what is right?” “Is it for the best outcome ?”
My opinion is that if one acts with positive intentions one is capable of overcoming negative situations.
I agree that past does not equal the future, because today I know that having the courage to change does transform a life.

Until some months ago I was kinda afraid to show something until it is not perfectly (for example a website) and it got never perfectly enough for me to show it anybody… until i changed the way i think about it and just did… That is the only way it is working >>> getting started
